Chris Lombardi is Owner and Managing Broker for Velocity Real Estate and Investments. He is responsible for all real estate activity performed by Velocity and ensures all transactions are completed with the highest level of quality and service. Chris received his Bachelor's degree in Economics from Colorado State University in 1995, then received his Master's (MBA) and is now currently pursuing his PhD in Organizational Performance & Change from Colorado State University. Chris has held many positions throughout his career, ranging from the construction industry to the high-tech sector where he worked for IBM. Devin is originally from Dallas, Texas and moved to Colorado with his family at a young age. He has lived in Fort Collins most of his life and is a recent graduate from Colorado State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Real Estate Focus). Devin has been involved in Real Estate for a few years and has a unique passion for it. In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors, traveling, snowboarding, golfing, waterskiing and spending time with friends and family. Mike Moen was born in San Antonio, TX and lived there for a short while. Since pre-school, Northern Colorado has been his home and likely will be for years to come. Mike completed four years at Colorado State University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Real Estate and a minor in Construction Management. Mike has been interested in real estate all his life and got involved working in the industry while still in school. When he is not busy with work, he likes to be outdoors with friends, ride motorcycles, play golf, and completing new home projects.
